Mr. Mosquera has over 25 years of experience in the health care field in a variety of disciplines and capacities that have provided him with a unique perspective of the business. Mr. Mosquera has also owned and operated multi-specialty centers and a financial consulting group. Mr. Mosquera has many ties to the national health care community.
Mr. Bilowich has over 20 years of health care management experience and was one of the co-founders of Health Network One (HN1) and has served as the Company’s President and Chief Operating since it began operations in 2001. He has also spear-headed the growth and evolution of HN1 from being a start-up operation to now managing over 1.3 million covered lives through Network Management Agreements with various regional and national health plans.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Monserrate has been practicing in the public and private setting as a Physical and Rehabilitation specialist continuously for the past 17 years. In addition to serving as the CMO for HN1 Therapy Network, she has also been the Medical Directory of Therapy Network of Puerto Rico since its initial operation and has worked directly with both the recruitment of providers and the operational and clinical interface between the company and its health plan clients. She was also a consultant for 3 years to one of the largest Medicare Advantage health insurance plans in Puerto Rico for matters concerning clinical aspects and utilization of physiatry, therapy, and assistive equipment.
Doctor Gloria S Gaston has practiced medicine in Georgia for over 25 years. She is an Internist/Rheumatologist with specialized training in Rehabilitative Medicine. Dr. Gaston is committed to providing the highest level of quality care to Georgia residents.
Karen Chewning has over 18 years of health care management experience, joining Health Network One (HN1) in 2001 as the Network Director of Eye Management, Inc., (EMI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of HN1. Karen’s career began at EMI in 1989 where she began as a Member Service Representative, growing with the organization in position and responsibility until its acquisition in 2001 by HN1.
Regional Network Director
Mr. Rivera has over 15 years of experience in different industries including the last 5 years in the health care industry. Mr. Rivera joined the company in 2014 to support the growth and expansion strategies of HN1 - Therapy Network, currently managing Networks in Florida, Georgia, New Jersey and Puerto Rico. Francisco’s background as an Engineer has helped improve operational processes through standardization initiatives, in order to achieve the highest level of Customer and Provider Satisfaction.
Mr. Golder has 20+ years experience in health care industry to include a varieties of disciplines. His experience includes working in Preferred Risk Insurance, Managed Care (both HMO and PPO), Medicaid and Medicare. Most of the last 12 years, he has worked with programs closely aligned with the Georgia Medicaid program, serving in the capacity of managing Network Enrollment/Development and Provider Relations.
